Planning Applications & Development Sites
If there are trees or hedges on your application site, the Local Planning Authority has a legal duty to consider the implications of the proposed development on them.
We can assist with the timely achievement of planning consent and the discharge of planning conditions through the production of the following reports in accordance with BS5837: 2012:

Arboricultural Impact Assessments – often required as part of a planning application, these reports provide an assessment of how the proposed development may impact on trees and how to mitigate any such impacts allowing you to maximise the developable area and retain valuable trees that will add appeal to the finished scheme.
